The Orlando Predators have enjoyed immense success in the Arena Football League.
Founded in 1991, the Predators have enjoyed an 18-season playoff streak. They also clinched the Arena Bowl championship in 1998 and 2000.
The team has earned its place in Arena League history. In fact, they made history in consecutive weeks during the 1992 season. In mid-June, the team shutout the San Antonio Force 50-0. It was the first shutout in Arena League history. Then the following week on the road against the Detroit Drive, wide receiver Barry Wagner has the most amazing 49 seconds of any Arena League game ever.
Trailing 42-32 with 49 seconds left on the clock, the Predators needed a miracle, and Barry Wagner delivered. He caught two touchdown passes, got two two-point conversions, recovered an onside kick and made a game-ending tackle. With a safety added in, Orlando won, 50-49. The comeback is known as "The Miracle Minute" and ranks #1 on the AFL's 20 Greatest Highlights Countdown.
